Each trunk is measured before production is commenced. The computer-controlled optimization system calculates each cross- section and sets the machine automatically to the desired cut. Production is carried out exclusively against orders.

The employ- ment of circular saw technology ensures a smooth surface as well as absolute dimensional accuracy. Thereafter the sawn timber that has been produced is graded once again in respect of its quality and dimensions. For our qualified employees grading in accordance with DIN and CE standards is a routine matter.

The packet assembling that follows is carried out fully automatically in the stacking shop. Order- related production ensures short dwell times in our store and guarantees for you bright and freshly produced goods at all times.
